Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate solutions)
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and other innovation powerhouses
- Deliver quarterly executive briefings to the Board on emerging 2026-2030 tech trends
- Manage Horizon Dynamics' $15M annual innovation portfolio with 40% YoY growth mandate
- Author industry-defining white papers on the future of work, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Spearhead the '2026 Vision Initiative'βour flagship program preparing 1M professionals for future careers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or a related technical field
- Proven track record of commercializing at least two 10M+ USD innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech convergence
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership in Nature, Harvard Business Review, or equivalent tier
- Executive-level experience scaling R&D teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Global network with contacts at top 10 innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
