Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year vision
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder consultations to align future-oriented initiatives
- Quantify future scenarios through predictive modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts, academics, and innovation partners
- Translate foresight insights into product development and market expansion strategies
- Present future scenarios to board members and influence high-stakes investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to C-level executives and boards
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong data storytelling skills with ability to visualize future scenarios compellingly
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
