Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to develop future-ready products and services
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into organizational DNA
- Establish and maintain global trend intelligence networks across tech, bio, and societal domains
- Develop compelling future narratives that inspire organizational alignment and investment
- Drive ethics-by-design frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
