Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
