- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven impact assessments for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge innovation scouting
- Design and launch internal innovation incubators focused on 2026-era market opportunities
- Mentor senior leadership on future-proofing organizational structures and talent strategies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist symposiums as a thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles within Fortune 500 tech companies
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Exceptional data visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from recognized institutions (e.g., APF, WFS)
