Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Reports identifying paradigm-shifting innovations across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams, modeling potential futures and risk-mitigation strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and policy think tanks
- Design and implement Future Literacy training programs for 500+ employees globally
- Present visionary frameworks at industry conferences (TED, Davos, CES) and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Oversee the Innovation Incubator Lab, funding and mentoring 10+ moonshot projects annually
- Integrate futures intelligence into product roadmaps, ensuring competitive advantage through anticipatory design
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success (case studies required)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (GenAI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) and socio-technical systems
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience leading C-level workshops across global enterprises
- Published author in foresight journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly) or industry white papers
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of scenario planning for technological disruption
