Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic roadmap for 2026 technology adoption across verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks and decentralized AI ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Design human-centric interfaces for AI-augmented decision-making systems
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical autonomous system deployment
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Manage R&D budgets for future-state technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5-year+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or distributed ledger technologies
- Published research or patents in emerging tech (AI ethics, quantum applications, or bio-digital interfaces)
- Experience with scenario planning for technology disruption (e.g., climate-tech, AGI, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of futuristic solutions in production environments
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
