Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to commercialization for 2026-2027 strategic roadmap
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA to pioneer next-gen technologies
- Direct $25M+ R&D budget across 5 innovation labs globally
- Present disruptive concepts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor 15-person cross-disciplinary innovation team
- Secure 3+ patents annually in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching 5+ market-disrupting products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or clean tech commercialization
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
