Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid solutions for sustainability challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present disruption scenarios to investors and board members, securing $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Drive the commercialization of 2026-ready technologies through incubation programs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 2026 Leadership Academy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, or advanced AI)
- PhD or equivalent in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech convergence points (quantum biocomputing, neuro-AI interfaces)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, CHIPS Act, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
