- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget and vendor ecosystem for pilot programs
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record scaling from concept to market-ready products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, INSEAD)
