Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning strategic goals with technical feasibility.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems, to identify actionable opportunities.
- Lead the innovation pipeline, managing the lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to pilot programs and full-scale implementation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate high-level business strategies into technical execution plans.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
- Assess risks associated with new technologies and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a senior leadership role within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of strategic foresight and successfully implementing long-term technological changes.
- Strong understanding of current and upcoming trends in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Cloud Computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
