- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting (AI, quantum, IoT, synthetic biology)
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Austin)
- Experience with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP)
