- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching pilot projects for future markets
- Secure $5M+ annual budget for innovation initiatives and track ROI of experimental ventures
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to the board and executive stakeholders for approval
- Foster a culture of experimentation through hackathons and innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services in tech sector
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to influence C-suite executives
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
