Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year strategic roadmaps for next-gen quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and product engineers
- Forge partnerships with DARPA, EU Horizon, and global innovation ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies post-2025
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AGI development
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of scaling R&D from lab to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese preferred
- Portfolio of commercialized innovations with >$100M impact
