Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3.0) and assessing market viability
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-gen products and services, securing $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and progress reports to the executive board and investors
- Mentor a 15-member innovation lab, fostering agile methodologies and disruptive thinking
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and market adoption patterns
- Experience securing and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
