- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation ROI
- Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy (Harvard/MIT/MIT Sloan preferred)
