Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in innovation strategy, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Executive presence with C-suite/board presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
