Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI models and distributed systems for the 2026 initiative.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating machine learning pipelines into real-time production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, system performance tuning, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Deep Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
