Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and market trends that will impact the industry by 2026.
- Lead cross-functional roadmapping initiatives to ensure technical and operational readiness.
- Develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to drive innovation adoption.
- Analyze potential risks and opportunities associated with future market shifts.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof architectures.
- Present strategic plans and progress updates to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and innovation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future scenarios.
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and their potential business applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
