Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability innovation strategy aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping circular economy solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and research institutions
- Secure and manage $2M+ annual innovation grants and funding
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in sustainable design thinking methodologies
- Track and report on ESG impact metrics and carbon reduction milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Engineering
- 8+ years in sustainability innovation or circular economy leadership
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in climate tech funding
- Expertise in life cycle assessment (LCA) and green supply chain design
- Experience with carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Proficient in sustainability software tools (SAP EHS, SimaPro)
- Certified B Corp or similar sustainability credential preferred
- Prior experience scaling pilot projects to commercial deployment
