Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into product development cycles
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging environmental risks and opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and tech innovators
- Present sustainability strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and advise on compliance frameworks
- Drive adoption of AI-powered sustainability analytics across organization
- Represent the company at sustainability forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in corporate sustainability strategy
- Proven track record developing and executing ESG roadmaps
- Expertise in climate risk modeling and circular economy principles
- Strong knowledge of emerging green technologies (carbon capture, hydrogen energy)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
