Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability innovation strategy, aligning with UN SDGs and net-zero commitments
- Lead R&D initiatives for circular economy models and carbon-negative technologies
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Partner with C-suite to integrate sustainability into core business operations
- Drive stakeholder engagement across 15+ global partner organizations
- Report on ESG metrics and innovation KPIs to the Board of Directors
- Mentor a team of 5 sustainability specialists and innovation engineers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in sustainability management with 3+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching scalable eco-tech solutions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in circular economy frameworks and carbon accounting standards
- Strong stakeholder management experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (e.g., SAP Sustainability Cloud, Persefoni)
- LEED AP or BREEAM certification required
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency highly valued
