Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- AI Integration Strategy: Oversee the integration of Generative AI agents into core business workflows, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
- Performance Optimization: Engineer high-performance computing solutions leveraging WebGPU and specialized hardware accelerators.
- Security & Compliance: Implement Zero-Trust security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to emerging data privacy standards.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) to determine their applicability for 2026 roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep experience with Python, Rust, or Go; proven proficiency in designing high-availability distributed systems.
- AI/ML Background: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering architecture.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
