Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biotech interfaces, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with robotics, blockchain, and neurotech teams
- Anticipate tech disruption vectors through predictive market analysis and patent trend forecasting
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Mentor emerging futurists through our 'Future Leaders' accelerator program
- Author thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review and Wired
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ products launched)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted innovations in forward-looking tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS or APF)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature/Science preferred)
