Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, AGI, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-vision solutions with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year impact cycles
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, or neurotech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or equivalent)
- Experience securing federal or corporate innovation grants
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of implemented tech innovations with measurable societal impact
