Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for autonomous systems and predictive analytics platforms
- Architect ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and machine consciousness
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on next-gen interface technologies
- Drive product innovation for AR/VR ecosystems with haptic feedback integration
- Present future-vision blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech paradigms and design thinking
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Human-Computer Interaction
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI consciousness or autonomous systems
- 5+ years leading R&D teams in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic engineering
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable AR/VR implementations with neural interfaces
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience securing $10M+ in tech innovation grants from DARPA/NSF
