Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing AI/quantum computing integration frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors and market opportunities
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior innovators in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership or R&D management
- Proven track record in launching future-facing tech products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Strategy preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging tech
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering required
