Responsibilities
- Lead R&D for 2026-era quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision algorithms
- Architect carbon-negative data center infrastructure
- Partner with UN Tech Council on global digital policy
- Secure 3+ patents in emerging tech domains
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics/Quantum Computing or equivalent
- 5+ years in AI ethics or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with large-scale sustainable tech deployment
- Fluency in Mandarin and Python (both required)
- Track record of 2+ successful tech IPOs
