Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent experience with published research
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming libraries
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale (>10M users)
- Deep understanding of blockchain for AI governance
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Published work in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
