- Drive innovation sprints with cross-disciplinary teams (engineering, design, product)
- Secure strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research labs
- Present technical blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify competitive advantages
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical leadership with proven 5+ year strategic planning impact
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, or distributed systems
- Track record of launching products with 10M+ user bases or enterprise-scale deployments
- Certified in AWS/GCP/Azure with specialization in emerging tech services
- Experience with agile methodologies in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Strong background in patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
