Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026-focused tech initiatives, from ideation to market launch
- Identify emerging tech trends and opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Drive strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academia, and government agencies
- Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Ensure alignment with global sustainability and ethical tech standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ in executive roles
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products or platforms
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
