Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with market demands
- Collaborate with Stanford/MIT research labs on next-gen innovation projects
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Present visionary technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in strategic leadership roles
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals on future technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
