- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs and multimodal models into core product workflows.
- Establish rigorous AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical usage, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable product enhancements.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with broader business objectives and ROI targets.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for research, development, and talent acquisition in the AI space.
- Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation with next-gen AI architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to enterprise-wide production deployment.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and machine learning principles.
- Strong background in building and leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes and implementing ethical AI guidelines.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
