Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 500+ members
- Expertise in blockchain, neural interfaces, or climate tech systems
- Speaker at CES, Web Summit, or similar global tech forums
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government contract compliance
