Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2026-ready systems integrating quantum computing, neural networks, and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive analytics platforms for climate and resource optimization
- Design resilient AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment of autonomous systems
- Pioneer human-machine interface protocols for next-generation industrial symbiosis
- Drive R&D initiatives in bio-digital convergence and ambient intelligence ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor a cohort of future-focused engineers through our Quantum Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 10+ years in systems architecture
- Proven track record deploying production-level quantum or AI systems at scale
- Expertise in distributed ledger technologies, neuromorphic computing, and edge AI
- Certification in emerging tech governance frameworks (IEEE 7000, ISO/IEC 38507)
- Published research in top-tier journals on future-tech convergence topics
- Experience leading international teams across 5+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of futuristic technologies
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
