Responsibilities

- Lead research on emerging fields (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated environments
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technological disruption risks
- Manage innovation incubator programs for next-gen tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, bioinformatics)
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful futuristic products
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) and Quantum Security
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
