Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen digital solutions with 3-5 year vision
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Develop patentable innovations addressing future human-machine interaction paradigms
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech markets and identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology strategy (5+ year horizon)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, nanotech)
- Exceptional public speaking skills with prior TED Talks or keynotes
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technology impacts
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams with $10M+ budgets
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused technologies currently in production
