Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite communication expertise
