- Present strategic briefings to federal innovation task forces

- Author industry thought leadership in top-tier publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Experience with DARPA/NSF innovation programs
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+
- Security clearance preferred for federal collaboration
