Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with emerging market trends and consumer behavior shifts.
- Lead ideation sessions to conceptualize breakthrough products leveraging AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused innovations into core business strategy.
- Oversee R&D initiatives for next-gen platforms, ensuring scalability and market readiness.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers.
- Present future technology forecasts to investors and stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives.
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proof development practices.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred.
- 12+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles.
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology.
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers.
- Track record of launching at least two market-defining products with $50M+ ARR.
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston or WFS).
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive-level presentation experience.
