Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with long-term business objectives
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present emerging tech insights to Fortune 500 executive boards
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-vision technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, biotech, or Web3
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/private innovation funding
- Certified in Futures Thinking methodologies (e.g., CFP)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
