Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Labs' teams prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, and emerging quantum startups
- Develop patentable methodologies for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and global industry forums
- Oversee $50M+ R&D portfolio allocation for 2026-2030 innovation cycles
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Future Studies with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies at FAANG or equivalent
- Deep expertise in ISO 21434 (cybersecurity for autonomous systems) and IEEE 7000 (AI ethics)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Global speaking credits at Davos, Web Summit, or similar forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized future-tech innovations
- Security clearance eligibility for federal research collaborations
