Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI/quantum integration into enterprise ecosystems
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Author visionary whitepapers and present findings to C-suite and industry forums
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and ethics teams
- Anticipate societal implications of emerging technologies and shape responsible adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record developing quantum/AI solutions for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities with published thought leadership
