Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive technologies
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and climate tech standards
- Portfolio of implemented future-proof systems with measurable impact
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
