Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI and biocomputing integration
- Lead interdisciplinary teams prototyping climate-positive tech solutions
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (neural interfaces, quantum encryption)
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite and venture partners
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen computing projects
- Patent 2+ breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in futurism or strategic innovation
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing
- Track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ user bases
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Experience with UN SDG tech initiatives or climate tech startups
