Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2027) through market research, patent analysis, and expert consultations
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-vintage solutions in AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders with data-driven scenario planning models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups specializing in next-gen technologies
- Design and implement technology adoption frameworks for enterprise-scale implementation
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (demonstrated case studies required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech ecosystems
