Responsibilities
- Forecast technological trends and disruptions through 2026 using data-driven analysis and scenario planning
- Develop innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum AI, biocomputing, neurotech)
- Lead strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Design and oversee prototyping of futuristic solutions in our innovation labs
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish thought leadership through published research and conference keynotes
- Mentor teams in future-oriented thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
