Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) relevant to 2026 market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future tech applications
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with product teams to integrate 2026-vision technologies into development pipelines
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
