Responsibilities

- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary Tech Vanguard program
- Author annual 'FutureTech Report' distributed to industry leaders
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (VC/PE portfolio preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, neuromorphic, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of launched products impacting >1M users
