Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps forecasting 2026 digital transformation trends
- Lead strategic initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and metaverse integration
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Build cross-functional coalitions to align organizational capabilities with future needs
- Advise executive leadership on technology investment priorities for 2026-2030
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Experience advising C-level executives on strategic technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
